The MySignTV Digital Signage Software is installed on your standard PC or Laptop and runs on
Windows XP (Service Pack 1 and 2) and on Windows Vista (Service Pack 1).

There are three components, which allow you to create and manage individual advertising contents:

With the MySignTV Designer you can create impressive presentations within minutes. You can combine elements of various multimedia formats (e.g. MPEG, JPG, PPT, Flash, RSS, HTML, MP3) into one presentation by simply dragging and dropping controls. You can also embed documents (PDF, DOC, EXCEL), a WEBCAM, or stream LIVE-TV using a TV card. With the useful split screen feature, you can display multiple formats simultaneously on the same screen. Additionally, there is a comfortable preview function available, which allows you to test your new content immediately.

Once the presentations are created, the MySignTV Content Scheduling & Management component allows you to drag them onto a timetable and assign them to one or more players. You define when, where, and what is played on your players. With the intuitive interface, you always have a complete overview of your schedules. It is also possible to define a RS232 schedule. This allows you to schedule shutdown commands, which can be sent to your players to save on electricity. An export function is available, which lets you export your playlists and files to an external medium (e.g. USB-Flash Drive) so that you can update your players manually and offline. The functionality is rounded by a real-time window which displays the status of all your players so that you can see which players are currently running and what they are playing.

With the MySignTV Player, you can directly start and create a player on your computer, give it a name and make it available in the network. You can also adjust settings like screen resolution, loading texts, etc. That way, for example you can easily install a player on a Mini-PC that is connected to a display.

Additionally, there are multiple reporting functions available, which let you view which content was played, when, and where. As MySignTV is a multi-user system, you can also generate a report that shows all user activities in a specified time span. Of course, all reports can be exported to be viewed outside the MySignTV software. And if something should go wrong, the system alerts you via E-Mail/SMS so that you can react directly.

MySignTV is available in two editions: The Pro Edition includes full networking features as well as the server, designer, scheduler, reporting and player component. The Standard Edition was designed to run on a single computer, so it has no networking features, but full designer, scheduler, reporting, and player capabilities.
